About the project:
In this project, I led the content creation and strategy for promoting third-party subscription apps while a native app was yet to be developed. I crafted interview questions tailored to highlight a customer success story, of an LA-based kombucha company, and gathered valuable insights from the customer. Leveraging this data, I developed a case study blog that showcased measurable outcomes and benefits for users of subscription apps. Additionally, I wrote engaging on-screen and voiceover copy for a merchant profile video, presenting a compelling narrative that emphasized the value of subscriptions while building trust and excitement.
